The Careerstube website and interface.
The Careerstube website and the interface provided allow you to upload, view and manage videos.  The interface allows you to do three distinct operations.  The first is to upload content, the second to distribute content and the final to publish content.  All content uploaded directly by you or, if you have one, via your mini-site, must be approved by you in order for it to be distributed via Careerstube. You must ensure that:

  • the content does not breach any copyright laws; and that
  • the content is not obscene, contain inappropriate or offensive language, or defamatory/libellous remarks.

You will not know at times whether a contributor is providing first hand content or is an actor portraying a set of circumstances.  Again, you are in control and how you handle this is left to your discretion.  Our experience is that genuine first hand content is far more credible in the long run than “staged” content.

In order to get the most from the Careerstube website, you should make sure that you tag all content that is uploaded appropriately.

If you have any issues with any content being shared via the Careerstube service you should bring such matters to the attention of the publisher of the content.  In a similar way anyone having issues with content you publish will bring such matters to your attention.  If you choose to revoke publication/distribution rights as a result, all incidences of such content on Careerstube and the Related Sites will be removed.  You should remember when dealing with any complaints against your content that next time it may be you who is complaining.
